Thank you for shopping with EASYBRA™. We hope you love your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may be eligible for a refund, store credit, or size exchange in accordance with the policy below.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your return request must be made within 30 days of delivery.
All returned items must be:

Free from signs of wear, damage, stains, odors, or misuse
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with return instructions and the return address.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Photo Verification Requirement
To help ensure a smooth return process and qualify for a full refund, customers must provide:

A clear photo of all items being returned before shipment

A photo of the items inside the package at the shipping facility before mailing the return
This helps us verify that all returned items are included and allows us to process refunds more efficiently.
Returns sent without photo verification may result in delays, partial refunds, or rejection if returned contents cannot be verified.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless the return is due to our error, a damaged item, or a defective item, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method. EASYBRA™ is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at support@easybraus.com.
Exchanges
Eligible items may be exchanged for a different size, subject to product availability.
If the requested replacement size is unavailable, we may offer a refund or store credit instead.
Final Sale Items
Any item purchased at a discount of more than 20% off the full retail price is considered final sale and is not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
This includes discounts applied through:

Site-wide sales

Bundles

Markdowns

Combined or stacked offers resulting in more than 20% off
If your order includes both eligible and final-sale items, only the eligible items may be returned under this policy.
Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email support@easybraus.com within 14 days of delivery and include:

A description of the issue

Clear photos or videos of the item

Photos of the packaging, if applicable
If the issue is confirmed to be caused by shipping damage or our error, we will offer an appropriate resolution, such as a replacement or full refund.
Items reported after 14 days of delivery may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for items that are:
Worn, washed, used, or altered
Returned without original packaging
Damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper care
Marked as final sale
Courtesy Replacement Exception
In limited cases, EASYBRA™ may offer a one-time courtesy replacement without requiring the original item to be returned first.
If a refund is later requested for that order, both the original item and the replacement item must be returned in order to qualify for a refund.
This exception is offered at our discretion and does not apply automatically to future orders or claims.
