Orders Placed After Cut-Off or on Weekends/Holidays:

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM (EST) on weekdays, or on weekends and public holidays, will begin processing on the following business day

  • Please note that processing times may be extended during peak seasons, promotional periods, or unexpected high order volume

2. SHIPPING COVERAGE

We Do Not Ship To:

  • P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses

6. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

Important: All estimated delivery times are business days and are provided as estimates only. They are NOT guaranteed and may vary due to:

  • Carrier delays or disruptions

  • Severe weather conditions

  • High seasonal demand (holidays, sales events)

  • Events outside our reasonable control

  • Address accuracy and accessibility issues

In rare cases, delays may extend beyond the estimated timeframe. If your order is significantly delayed, we will attempt to notify you with updated tracking information.


7. SHIPPING COSTS AT CHECKOUT

  • Free Shipping: Standard Shipping is 100% FREE on all orders

  • Optional Insurance: You can add Insured Shipping for $3.99 at checkout

8. SHIPPING ADDRESS ACCURACY

EasyBra is not responsible for orders that are:

  • Delayed, lost, or undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete address information

  • Returned to sender due to address issues

  • Delivered to the wrong address due to customer error

If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing your order, contact us immediately at support@easybraus.com before the order ships. We may be able to correct it.


9. ORDER TRACKING

All orders include tracked shipping. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email

  • Your unique tracking number

  • A link to monitor your package in real-time

Tracking Tips:

  • Check your email (including spam/junk folders) for your tracking confirmation

  • Tracking numbers are typically active within 24 hours of shipment

10. LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES

Once an order has been shipped and handed over to the courier, delivery is managed by the shipping carrier.

If your package appears:

  • Delayed: Contact us and we can check with the carrier for updates

  • Lost or missing: Contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date with your tracking number

  • Marked as delivered but not received: Take a photo/video of your porch and contact us immediately

For Insured Shipments:

If your insured package is lost, stolen, or damaged, contact us immediately with:

  • Your order number

  • Tracking number

  • Photos of damage (if applicable)

  • Description of the issue

We will file a claim with the carrier on your behalf.

For Standard Shipments:

EasyBra cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for packages marked as "delivered" by the carrier if the package is not found. However, we will always investigate and do our best to help by filing a claim with the carrier on your behalf.

We recommend:

  • Requesting a signature confirmation upon delivery

  • Using a safe delivery location (front porch, side door, etc.)

  • Tracking your package in real-time

  • Taking photos of your delivery location before items arrive

  • Considering Insured Shipping for valuable orders


11. TITLE AND RISK OF LOSS

Title to products and risk of loss transfer to you upon the carrier's receipt of your package. This means once the carrier picks up your order, you assume responsibility for the shipment (unless you purchased Insured Shipping).


12. CHANGE OR CANCEL ORDERS

If you need to cancel or modify an order, contact us immediately at support@easybraus.com. Once an order enters the processing/shipping phase, changes may not be possible.
