Order Processing Time

All orders are typically processed within 1 business day from the date of purchase.
Business days are Monday through Saturday, excluding major holidays.

Orders placed before 3:00 PM local time are usually processed the same business day. Orders placed after that time may be processed on the next business day.

Please note that during peak seasons, promotional periods, or unexpected high order volume, processing times may be slightly extended.

Estimated Shipping Times

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, the estimated delivery times are as follows:

• United States: 6–8 business days

• Canada: 7–9 business days

• United Kingdom: 7–9 business days

• Europe: 7–12 business days

• Australia: 6–8 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier operations, customs clearance, weather conditions, and other external factors beyond our control.

Order Tracking

All orders are shipped using tracked shipping services.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can monitor your package throughout transit.

If you do not receive your tracking email, please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still cannot find it, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the shipping method available for your region.

From time to time, EASYBRA™ may offer free shipping or discounted shipping promotions on qualifying orders. Any applicable shipping promotion will be clearly shown at checkout.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, your package may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by your local customs authority.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout. EASYBRA™ is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to international shipments.

Shipping Delays

While we always aim to ship and deliver within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including carrier disruptions, customs inspections, severe weather, or high seasonal demand.

If there is a significant delay with your order, we will do our best to keep you informed and provide updated tracking or shipping information where available.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of placing your order.

EASYBRA™ is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped and handed over to the courier, delivery is managed by the shipping carrier. If your package appears delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us and we will do our best to help you investigate the issue with the carrier.

Please note that EASYBRA™ cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for packages marked as delivered by the carrier, but we will always try our best to support you.
